Marsico to Host House Judiciary Committee Public Hearing on Underage Alcohol Abuse in University Towns
WHAT: House Judiciary Committee Chairman Ron Marsico (R-Dauphin) will host a hearing to discuss Sen. Jake Corman’s (R-34) Senate Bills 941 and 943 which would increase the fines for public drunkenness and underage drinking and establish an alcohol offense prevention fee for operation of an alcohol offense prevention unit.
